Who runs 18x9.75 on a MKIV
« on: October 18, 2015, 02:55:09 AM »
I'm trying to see how a 18x9.75 wheel looks on a mkiv. What tire size do you have? spacers or no spacers? Fooled fenders or not? Stock bolts or naw.  I can google it all day but I want to hear it from someone here and if need be see it at a meet in person. Can you post a pic of your wheels. Thanks

Other than wheel size, the next three most important things are wheel offset, tire size and how much the car is lowered. Post that info and better pics.

I have offset 18" rims (Miro 111's), 8.5" up front and 9.5" in rear.  Of course, ET makes a huge difference in how the wheel will sit, so I can't really compare mine to yours.

I run 225/40 up front and 235/40 in rear and mine fit perfectly.  I have 5mm spaces all around just to clear my brake calipers. I'm also slammed on Koni coilovers.

Here's a pic of her when I first got them (unfortunately, that's as low as the Konis will go, otherwise those tires would be tucked!):
