If you want the pssh sound, just get a forge "splitter"

A BOV will dump all the boost to atmosphere and piss off your computer.

Vws Recirc the turbo blowoff back into the intake system and the car relies on that air to be there... Bov's starve your car of air making you run too rich... Pissing car off. Get a intake if you want the woosh sound!

You can certainly run a BOV.  However, you'll have to unplug the MAF sensor (which will lead to a CEL).  Otherwise, the ECU will bump you into limp mode & will not allow you to go full boost (and/or prevent full opening of the throttle body at WOT).

i went down this road too and almost got flamed, i got evolution motor v-flow intake and you can def hear it, not as loud as them evos with BOV but its alot better than stock. but i hear with stage 1 flash u can hear it alot louder plus the whistle from when the turbo is sucking in the air.
