i've ordered from them twice and had good experiences and i appreciate that they sponsor the boards. that said, it sadly seems like i'm the exception rather than the rule.

Grant I can understand you had a bad experience but, really let it go. Perhaps, they've learned from bad mistakes.

I would agree if it was only me and a couple other people and could chalk it up to a simple mistake but that isn't the case
(I probably posted in a couple of these, I know I posted in the first one)

these aren't all recent posts/threads

I only post gobs of posts bashing them because I don't want anyone else to go through the hassle and frustration that I did. To give a company a couple hundred dollars for parts and to not get them or be able to reach the company for an order update or refund is incredibly frustrating and that can be considered a lot of money for some people.

I would rather see people spend their money with companies that actually keep parts they sell in stock, deliver them to customers, and pick up their phone, respond to voicemail, or respond to emails from their paying customers. MJM does none of this.

$250 for coilover installation. we don't have a press, so we can't do control arm bushings.

pm Leo. he has a press.

http://www.europeanag.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=2207

i think you can do bushings by pressing into them with a jack and a piece of wood or using a vice.

i've heard of people doing it that way anyways.

We've done it with a vice before, but you risk damaging the bushing or not getting it in perfectly straight.

It's a pain in the ass with a vice. Did it once and I'll never do it again. It worth giving someone a quick $20 or whatever to do it.

It's not too late to file suit.

That said, when you completely turn down the credit, you're only hurting yourself and HELPING the people that screwed you.
